One of our goals at 3B Clothing is to make quality products that are reasonably priced for all customers. All products are designed and produced in-house or by businesses in Australia
We aim to have all orders dispatched 3-5 days from purchase date - tracking will be given when order is dispatched.
If your purchase has a manufacturing fault you may send the items back within 10 days of receiving purchase. We do not refund if you have a simple change of mind. We will require you to notify us before sending items back, please do not send items back without first contacting us. You will have to pay for shipping cost also. After the inspection of goods, we will notify you and refund the purchase. If goods appear to be worn we will send your items back free shipping but will not refund the purchase. Please take care to ensure you place an order with correct sizing as we do not refund for wrong sizing unless you were sent the wrong size by us.
Please make sure you enter correct address details. If an item fails to deliver because of incorrect address details or multiple failed delivery attempts by the postage service or if you fail to collect package being held by customs or local post office, this will result in a second delivery cost being issued to the customer once the item has been returned to sender.
